De la mano del director Steven Spielberg llega la aventura de ciencia ficción Ready Player One, basada en el best seller bajo el mismo nombre de Ernest Cline, que se ha convertido en un fenómeno mundial.
La película está ambientada en el año 2045, cuando el mundo está al borde del caos y del colapso. Sin embargo, la gente ha encontrado la salvación en OASIS, un enorme universo de realidad virtual creado por el brillante y excéntrico James Halliday (Mark Rylance). Cuando Halliday fallece, deja su inmensa fortuna a la primera persona que encuentre un huevo de Pascua digital que ha escondido en algún lugar de OASIS, desatando una competición que tiene enganchado al mundo entero. Cuando el joven e insólito héroe Wade Watts (Tye Sheridan) decide unirse a la competición, se ve inmerso en una vertiginosa caza del tesoro, controlada por el mundo real, en un universo fantástico de misterios, descubrimientos y peligros.
Spielberg dirige la película a partir de un guion de Zak Penn y Ernest Cline. Spielberg, Donald De Line, Kristie Macosko Krieger y Dan Farah se han encargado de la producción junto con Adam Somner, Daniel Lupi, Chris DeFaria y Bruce Berman en calidad de productores ejecutivos.

Este es el número clave que cambia la crisis del coronavirus para todos.
La R hace referencia al número básico de reproducción, o tasa de transmisión, de un virus, y el 1 indica que una persona, de media, solo infecta a otra o menos. Y en el caso del Covid-19 llegar a ese "1" supone aplanar la tan famosa curva epidemiológica y hacer compatible el virus con el sistema sanitario disponible.
Y mientras no tengamos una vacuna disponible, lo que no se espera que llegue antes de finales de 2021, la única solución para alcanzar y mantener la tasa de transmisión por debajo de 1 será, según casi todos los expertos, limitando el contacto físico entre personas tras el fin de los confinamientos masivos, lo que se conoce como distanciamiento físico o social. Pero, ¿cómo será? Y, sobre todo, ¿cuánto durará?

Dr. Jay Bhattacharya is a professor of medicine at Stanford University. He is a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research and a senior fellow at both the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research and the Stanford Freeman Spogli Institute. His March 24, 2020, article in the Wall Street Journal questions the premise that “coronavirus would kill millions without shelter-in-place orders and quarantines.” In the article he suggests that “there’s little evidence to confirm that premise—and projections of the death toll could plausibly be orders of magnitude too high.” In this edition of Uncommon Knowledge with Peter Robinson we asked Dr. Bhattacharya to defend that statement and describe to us how he arrived at this conclusion. We get into the details of his research, which used data collected from hotspots around the world and his background as a doctor, a medical researcher, and an economist. It’s not popular right now to question conventional wisdom on sheltering in place, but Dr. Bhattacharya makes a strong case for challenging it, based in economics and science.

Today the Catholic Church and the Franciscan Monastery stand together as one the most beautiful architecture examples in Mostar.
They were built in 1866. during the rule of the Ottoman Empire.
Today's church with its dimensions, appearance and the bell tower (107m high), dominates the city of Mostar.
What makes this place so special?
This complex boasts a library with 50,000 ancient western and eastern scriptures and books. It is the largest library of such characteristics in Herzegovina and this region. In the monastery there is also an important collection of paintings by Italian masters of the XVI and XVII century, and also works from modern artists.
Now visitors can enter the church, take photographs and enjoy the singing and watch rehearsals of the church assembly.
A large parking lot is in front of the church, which conveniently serves for visitors and tourist groups. Public toilet and shops are also close behind the church.
The church is situated very close to the Old Town of Mostar which makes it the starting point for the tour guides when they lead tours for the visitors through the town.
