In this video, psychologist and researcher, David Matsumoto, describes the importance of non-verbal communication and what "microexpressions" and "emblematic gestures" consist of as a universal language. He suggests that non-verbal communication is learned almost innately and can be used as an educational tool to help learning.

Carol Dweck is a lecturer in Psychology at Standford University and one of the main researchers and international referents in Education because of her pioneer ideas about mindset, motivation and development. Dweck is the creator of two concepts: fixed mindset, people who believe that intelligence is a born ability and it is unchangeable; and growth mindset, those who think that their skills can improve thanks to the instruction and effort.
In the following video, Dweck explains that it is of “vital importance that our children learn with a growth mindset in the current world where we need that children love challenges and uncertainty and that they do not feel overwhelmed”.

We traveled to the Public School of Carcavelos in Lisbon to learn first-hand about the professors and students who are playing a leading role in this silent revolution of Portuguese education. SOBRE EL AUTOR
Glenda Valesca Hernández Aguayo, popularmente conocida como “la Hermana Glenda”, nació en Parral, Chile, el 5 de enero de 1971. Lleva 21 años como consagrada a Dios, 20 de ellos con las Hermanas de la Consolación y luego, durante 6 años como "Ordo Virginum". Desde hace más de 12 años se dedicada como cantautora a la evangelización con la música. Graduada como teóloga en la Pontificia Universidad Gregoriana y como psicóloga en la Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca, su ciudad natal la declaró «Servidora ilustre» en el año 2003. Actualmente reside y trabaja en España y, a través de sus canciones y grabaciones, recorre gran parte del planeta y es reconocida internacionalmente.

Allí empezó todo: La Hermana Glenda es invitada a la Jornada mundial de la juventud en Toronto, Canadá en el año 2001. Era la primera vez que cantaba en público ante una multitud de casi un millón de personas. Allí el Señor le llamó a realizar grandes y pequeños viajes misioneros por todo el mundo, llevando la Palabra de Dios a través de la música.
