Join Science Friday on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at 7 p.m. Eastern for a live online web panel to discuss challenges and approaches to teaching climate change science in the classroom. Led by passionate educators who are committed to best practices in climate education, this discussion will highlight innovative strategies for bringing climate data into the classroom, ideas for integrating climate science into existing curricula, and best-in-class resources for teaching climate change. Panelists will field your questions and concerns in real time and will share upcoming opportunities for educators to participate in field-based climate research around the world.
Owen Kelley, a research scientist at NASA Goddard, works with data from the TRMM satellite to image the insides of storms. TRMM looked into the eye of Sandy the day before it made landfall and saw something surprising. Satellites also took snapshots of Sandy. J. Marshall Shepherd, president-elect of the American Meteorological Society and the director of the Atmospheric Sciences Program at the University of Georgia, explains some of Sandy's unusual features.

Je bénirai le Seignur en tout temps, sa louange sans cesse en ma bouche.
Craignez le Seigneur, vous les saints qui le craint ne manque de rien.

A new Taize song, performed during the European meeting in Geneva, at Palexpo
Today the Catholic Church and the Franciscan Monastery stand together as one the most beautiful architecture examples in Mostar.
They were built in 1866. during the rule of the Ottoman Empire.
Today's church with its dimensions, appearance and the bell tower (107m high), dominates the city of Mostar.
What makes this place so special?
This complex boasts a library with 50,000 ancient western and eastern scriptures and books. It is the largest library of such characteristics in Herzegovina and this region. In the monastery there is also an important collection of paintings by Italian masters of the XVI and XVII century, and also works from modern artists.
Now visitors can enter the church, take photographs and enjoy the singing and watch rehearsals of the church assembly.
A large parking lot is in front of the church, which conveniently serves for visitors and tourist groups. Public toilet and shops are also close behind the church.
The church is situated very close to the Old Town of Mostar which makes it the starting point for the tour guides when they lead tours for the visitors through the town.
