¡Gracias!

Tu me soutiens, je resterai ferme, tu m'as à jamais établi devant ta face.
You uphold me, O Lord, and I remain unharmed. You set me in your presence for evermore.
A mene ćeš zdrava uzdržati i pred svoje me lice staviti dovijeka.
Me autem propter innocentiam suscepisti et statuisti me in conspectu tuo in aeternum.

(Ps 41, 13)

Réponse, prière du matin / Morning prayer responsory

Text:

Tu me soutiens, je resterai ferme, tu m'as à jamais établi devant ta face.

Tu m'as.
Moi, j'ai dit : «Pitié pour moi, Seigneur! guéris mon âme, car j'ai péché contre toi!» Tu m'as.
Tu m'as.
Tu me soutiens.

Comme un cerf altéré brâme
Après le courant des eaux,
Ainsi soupire mon âme,
Seigneur, après tes ruisseaux;
Elle a soif du Dieu vivant,
Et s'écrie, en le suivant :
"Mon Dieu, mon Dieu! quand sera-ce
Que mes yeux verront ta face?"
