Η Παιδική & Νεανική χορωδία της "Πολυφωνικής Χορωδίας Πάτρας" υπό τη Διεύθυνση της Ελένης Παπαδοπούλου - Αραβαντινού, ερμηνεύουν το "Adiemus" του Karl Jenkins σε στίχους του Peter Starfinger στο Συνεδριακό και Πολιτιστικό Κέντρο του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών στη μεγάλη συναυλία που πραγματοποιήθηκε για τα 30 χρόνια "Πολυφωνικής" στις 11 Μαΐου 2013. Πιάνο παίζει η Μαρίνα Μυλωνά, στα κρουστά είναι ο Κώστας Κονδύλης και ο Παναγιώτης Παπαγιαννόπουλος, στα ντραμς ο Γιώργος Λαμπράκος και στο ηλεκτρικό μπάσο ο Βαγγέλης Βανδώρος.
Polyphonic Choir of Patras celebrated its 30th birthday with a great concert witch was held in the Conference and Cultural Hall of the University of Patras at May 11th 2013 in Greece. Chilrdren and Youth Choirs, sing "Adiemus" by Karl Jenkins (lyrics by Peter Starfinger).
